Delivery times (estimates)

• Karachi: 1 to 3 business days
• Lahore, Islamabad, and major cities: 2 to 5 business days
• Other areas: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary during sale periods, holidays, or due to courier delays. We share tracking updates when your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges

• Free delivery on orders of Rs 3,000 and above
• Orders below Rs 3,000: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your city

Order tracking and support

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or resolve the issue quickly.
