We want you and your child to love every kit. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
When you can return
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent
- Missing parts in the box
How to request a return

- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days
- Shipping fees are refunded only if the product was damaged or we sent the wrong item

- Opened kits cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or missing parts
- Keep original packaging until you are satisfied with the product
